IN THIS ISSUE:
This issue’s Fine Art profile is of the unconventional mixed media sculptor Brian Rochefort. This Los Angeles-based artist is known for his robust technicolor stoneware and earthenware, often layered with multicolor glazes or melted glass forming vibrant encrusted surfaces. The forms remind one of oozing volcanoes spilling over the ledge of odd-shaped vessels. More art piece than functional, the dynamic entertwining of colors and layers sit well in any contemporary setting.

Congratulations to our CQ66 winners and to our Best of Show, Jerry Lefaro.
